 * Hi. Getting error “Your site can’t connect to the Akismet servers.”. Tried reinstalling
   plugin on my site [http://utleggsforretning.no/](http://utleggsforretning.no/).
 * Is it planned downtime? Or is just me? Thanks for help

   does not show any incident.
 * With that in mind, there could have been a temporary network slow-down anywhere
   between your and our servers, which would unfortunately not be reflected on our
   or your end.
 * When/if this happens again, it’s helpful to run a `traceroute` command from your
   server(s) to any of the IP addresses listed in [this page](https://blog.akismet.com/akismet-hosting-faq/),
   and reach out to us with the results at [https://akismet.com/contact/](https://akismet.com/contact/),
   where we’ll be happy to look into the details. Our network and sys admins have
   a great track record of reaching out to other network operators at the source
   of the issue(s), and get it/them resolved.
