    Hi,

I recently built https://thursfieldstax.co.uk and it’s hosted with an external company my client uses.

Since switching the site over to their hosting (I built the site using Linux hosting from Ionos, then downloaded all the files and database and added them to the new hosting) the website sometimes shows an error page when clicking from Google, sometimes when clicking around the site too. I’ve played around with some of the settings in the plugin but I am not sure what’s causing the issue here. Is it an SSL issue? The hosting provider is not cooperating and I cannot get the FTP details.

    Thanks,

    Matt

It doesn’t sound like an ssl issue. I recommend to install the WP Debugging plugin. Then you can check what the error is.

If you can post a screenshot of the error, we might be able to tell more.

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. I will try the debugging plugin 🙂 I can’t see a way to attach a screenshot on here.

    Hi @mattypartridge17,

you can upload the screenshot to an image sharing site and post the link here, or copy the error directly in this text field.
