Sometimes the files do not appear

    I’m using ‘Embed Any Document’ mostly for pdf files, which are uploaded to WP media library.
    Sometimes, the files are not viewable on the page, but the “download” links always appear and will download the files, which means that the files are not missing or misspelled.

    Sometimes, refreshing the page will solve the issue, but most times it won’t.
    And because there is no indication that something has to be there, the visitors don’t know they are missing the file-view…

    Hi all
    I have exactly the same issue here…
    A cool plugin in deed and we use it mainly for PDF-viewings.

    We are a national certification authority for technician in agronomy. They need to read and download our PDF-Dokuments (most of them are important guidelines). Many times the pages stays blank and don’t show the linked PDF. This is a very big problem for us!

    Do you have any findings about this issue? It is pretty urgent meanwhile…

    According to the plugin’s support team – if the files are stored on Google drive, the problem is solved.
    But this feature requires the premium version of the plugin.
