# Sort function is missing

 * After updating to wp 4.0.1 and 1.9.23 NextCellent no more sorting is possible
   in the gallery function.
    Is this a bug or is this not supported anymore.

 * On my end the sorting doesn’t seem to save anymore. Is this the same issue you’re
   having? Because if it is, it’s a bug, and I’ll investigate.

 * Was this ever added to the plugin? My galleries are not sorting as set. I replaced
   this file, but the images still will not sort correctly. I’ve tried by date and
   by image id, and it refuses to sort correctly.
 * I can’t tell for sure, but it seems to do okay if the order is ascending, but
   not descending.
