Sort Posts by Date Option

    Hey there!

    Is there a way to sort posts by date (ascending/descending) in the widget settings?

    Hi @natemcarson,

    No, the plugin -as of now- can only sort posts by either views or comments count. Sorting by date wouldn’t make a lot of sense for this plugin IMO as that’s not a popularity factor.

    If you need a widget that does most of the stuff WPP can do then you may want to give Recently a try (and make sure to check out its filter hooks so you can change the sorting option to whatever you need.)
