Hello
This page: http://tenniselbowracquet.com/tennis-racquets/
is actually a WordPress page with its comments. This plugin’s setting does not apply to the comments of WordPress pages.
But this page: http://tenniselbowracquet.com/tennis-string/
is a bbPress topic, but its probably a topic with no parent forum selected for it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I am going to work on a fix for this. Please check back in a day or two.
In the mean time, if you plan to set all topics to sort its replies in descending order (newest replies first), please select Global setting in any Forum to descending and it will force all topic replies to show in descending order.
Thanks!
Hello,
I still have the same problem. The order is correct when you go directly into the forums but when I place a individual topic on a particular page the order is wrong see http://tenniselbowracquet.com/tennis-racquets/ and http://tenniselbowracquet.com/tennis-string/
Thank you.
Hello, been busy with my work. I ll definitely add individual topic support and let you know very soon.
Ok, I have been looking into this for few days.
This what I got in response from the bbPess support.
No sorry, the shortcode uses it’s own method, and without a re-write there’s no quick way to fix this.
Apparently they use a different method to load posts in the short codes so traditional filter dont work.
I will investigate it further to come up with some solution, but for now there is no fix. Sorry.
This is awful it means that even if I have thousands of replies every time anyone goes to the page they see the same post every time, the very first reply ever. Have you found anyway to get this in order.
Thank you
I’ve got the same issue – using this plugin changed nothing…
Have you found anything yet?
Thanks!
