 * Would I be able to create custom post list that are sortable with this plugin?
   For instance, if I add a dimensions column to the media library list, would I
   be able to sort the list by dimension?

    About the sortable of list views, I’m sorry you
   not be able to do it now. I just try the sortable feature, but it does not work
   still.

    If you don’t mind, please try the Beta version.
