 * I have created my menu and added all the items. Now I have an item that is added
   as last and I want it at Position 4. That does not work. Could you please fix

 * Not an issue with RestaurantPress my friend! Simply you can setup your “Menus
   Items” with order and choose Order By attributes as “Menu Order” from the select
   box in shortcode screen just like screenshot and your are done with sorting 🙂
