# Sorting shortcode

 * In the documentation, I see the custom sorting codes as follows:
    [es_my_listing
   sort=”recent”] – displays recent listings first [es_my_listing sort=”oldest”]–
   displays oldest listings first [es_my_listing sort=”featured”] – displays featured
   listings first [es_my_listing sort=”title”] – displays listings in alphabetic
   order`
 * Is there a code for sorting by price?
    This is the current code I’m using but
   does not work: [es_my_listing status=”SOLD” layout=”3_col” sort=”highest_price”]
 * -PS- The example page does list the listings by the price but I entered the listings
   in the order of the price so the highest-priced listing is the newest to hack
   the issue but not feasible for the long run.

    The sorting by price is available with Estatik plugin, and the shared
   shortcode should work for this purpose. Please check the quotation marks in the
   shortcode – they should not be in italics. If the shortcode still does not work,
