    Hello, my two questions are answerless untill now.

    It seems that the ajax motor doesn’t word any more on my site. I don’t receive mail, nor the .log file who should be generated by the plugin, but wel mail generated by wp himself. Do you think you can help me ?

    Secund question : how to export mailing lists separately ? For instance, I don’t see how to do it !

    Il means that it is impossible to migrate to another system while saving the customer’s choice ! It would mean that your plugin is “closed”… No turn back possibility !

    Are you talking about the ajax engine in “create recipients” modal window?
    If yes, it could be another plugin or some piece of custom php/javascript that affects EasyMail javascript.
    When you open the “create recipients” modal window, look at the console of your browser: maybe you can find some errors to understand the origin of the issue.
    Anyway, you can try temporary disabling all other plugins and activate a default theme. Then you can retry the “create recipients” modal window and see if it works.
