Spam Comments

Hello. Some guys keep commenting on one of my posts every day even though I haven’t approved any of them. I can’t spend time doing this every day. I use the Wordfence plugin.

01. Is there any way to block them without using a specific Spam-Comments plugin? If not, what are the best ones?

02. Will those spam comments impact my site even though I don’t approve them?
