    Hi
    We are having errors with Elementor Pro form submission. Through SMTP we have this error:

    Email source: Elementor Pro
    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Message detected as spam. [1739455882-22516].
    SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1

    We have updated the SPF record but we still have the error. We do not know how to fix it also because the test email is sent correctly.

    We do not understand where the problem could be.

    Hi @laje87 ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The error you shared is coming from your hosting provider and it usually happens when there is some suspicion of the content in the email. As you’ll see in the error message “Message detected as spam”. This could be a false positive and also a case where their server filters may be set to high.

    Please contact your hosting provider and they should be able to look into this for you.
