 * The amount of spam posts is unbelievable, makes me wonder how they find all the
   sites to spam. Is there a sure fire way to rid of these spam comments without
   having to deal with manually? you know they are spam because they always link
   to products.

 * On my contact form I have “captcha” to stop spamming, where a user has to prove
   they are human by typing in a few numbers shown to them, and I’ve seen others
   where the user has to answer a question to be able to post.
 * Can you incorporate something like that? There might be a plugin that can help
   you

 * You should first be using Akismet plug-in which comes with WP – though you need
   to activate it – see:
