I saw in another thread that you could translate it to Dutch with Poedit (whatever that is :)). Could you translate it to Spanish?

This would be the translation:
year: año (singular) años (plural)
month: mes (singular) meses (plural)
week: semana (singular) semanas (plural)
day: día (singular) días (plural)
hour: hora (singular) horas (plural)
minute: minuto (singular) minutos (plural)
second: segundo (singular) segundos (plural)
