    Enable upper case alphabet correction. is not checked.
    Send E-mail function: is “WordPress”

    Now it seems it has something to do with the email client.
    Thunderbird shows special characters correctly, outlook does not.

    That means it has something to do with special settings in outlook I guess – ?

    Hi Nicole so would it be fair to say that the problem is not coming from the plugin?

    If that is the case then could you mark this support ticket as resolved if you don’t require any more assistant 😉

    Yes, the problem is caused by settings in the email client.
