 * Hey guys and girls.
 * I’m at my wits’ end.
 * I really want my contact form to look like the one on [http://www.nadiameli.com](http://www.nadiameli.com)
   but I have had no luck. I have been trying like a headless chicken for the past
   two weeks but to be honest I don’t really know what I’m doing.

 * We don’t have built-in style options that allow this style of form so advanced
   custom CSS will be needed. Since our support doesn’t cover custom code, I would
   recommend reaching out to a developer to help you with this:
