    Can I set the tour to run on a specific HTML tag? For example, I set the 
   tours “Click this to activate dark mode” only when the user has scrolled or see
   the (section) `<p> </p>` tag Thank you

    Yes, you can configure
   trigger of tour – to start when user scroll at selected element. However this
   feature is only available in PRO version of Intro Tour Tutorial plugin.
