 * I want to filter to only filter through a specific category not all of them, 
   is there a way to achieve this?

 * Yes, that would be possible on the Category archive of the product, if you add
   the category filter using Checkbox or Radio display to your Filter.

 * I ahve opened a support ticket, since it doesn’T seem to be working correctly,
   every time I click on something it disregards that I only want to search within
   one category.
