 * Is anyone aware of a plugin that allows any reader to comment on a specific paragraph
   or other part of a post? Sort of as a reply to a specific idea of an article.
 * [Medium](https://medium.com/) and [Kotaku](http://kotaku.com/) have a system 
   like this – it’d be great to integrate this into my website.
