Yes, you can do this by saving desired App ID in Facebook App ID option in Basic Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin area.

Replace existing wp-content/plugins/heateor-social-comments/heateor-social-comments.php file with the file at following link:

Then search FB_APP_ID in the same file and replace it with the Facebook app ID you want to save for analytics.
We will include option to specify App ID in next release. So, don’t worry about losing the changes on updating the plugin.

We have just released the version 1.4.4 of the plugin, with option Facebook App ID in Facebook Comments options section. There you can save your Facebook App ID after updating your plugin.
