 * Hello [@stevehale](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stevehale/)
 * Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
   To confirm, are you getting
   this error when you authenticate the Google Page Speed Tool in the W3 Total Cache
   and try to run the test?
 * Have you tried authenticating with some other google account?
 * Thanks!

 * There would not be any point as the web site in question is linked to the specific
   account I linked in to.
 * Though at the beginning I was logged into the wrong account so had to log out
   and then log in to the correct account and tried again.
 * And before you ask yes I logged out of the site, cleared the browser cache and
   then logged back in to the site before trying again…..

 * Hello [@stevehale](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stevehale/)
 * Thank you for your feedback.
   I am not quite sure I understand this.
 * > the web site in question is linked to the specific account I linked in to.
 * Can you please clarify the quote above? The W3 Total Cache Page speed feature
   needs to be authorized, and once you click the authorize link it should prompt
   you to the google login.
   I’ve tested this again and again and it works every
   time and in different environments too.Can you please share the steps you take
   when running the Google Page Speed analysis within the W3 Total Cache?
 * Thanks!
