# split options “Remove HTML, JavaScript and CSS comments”

* For legal reasons, third-party JavaScript and CSS comments should not be removed.
Currently it is not possible to remove only HTML comments as there is only one
checkbox to remove all comments:
* “Remove HTML, JavaScript and CSS comments”
* Please provide three checkboxes instead:
1. checkbox: remove HTML comments
2. checkbox: remove JavaScript comments
3. checkbox: remove CSS comments

* If you don’t want to remove code comments, simply turn off that option. It doesn’t
seem required to make it 3 options for your one use case when no one else has
ever had an issue.

* I only want to remove HTML comments but not CSS or JS comments. This is actually
not possible with this plugin. By providing 3 options it would be possible..
