 * Hi,
    I can see the premium version allows you to split based on whether a product
   is in or out of stock. Can it split based on if a product is in-stock or available
   for backorder?
 * I also noticed the plugin is $275 which is fine, but it seems you have no 30-
   day guarantee or similar. It’s a lot to spend if it doesn’t fit our workflow.
   Are you able to offer a money-back if it doesn’t work as needed for my client?
 * Thanks
    Nik

 * Yes, you have to set the out stock product as “Allow Backorder” to use this method.

 * You can review our policy [here](https://shop.androidbubbles.com/refund-policy/).

 * [@naresh11381](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naresh11381/) we working hard
   to make this plugin bug free. A lot of features added on users’ requests. You
   are asking about the money back guarantee but we are providing you lifetime multi-
   site license with all future upgrades. We appreciate your concerns but we always
   prefer that you schedule a screen sharing session to test you scenario online.
   No need to go for a blind purchase.

 * A lifetime license doesn’t help if it doesn’t work for my clients set up. They
   have a complex site with lots of customisations, I need to test it will work
   ok and then they need to test it. I’m not sure how you sharing your screen will
   show whether it works for my set up?
 * It’s a lot of money to spend for it to hopefully work. Your policy combined with
   your pricing does come across as exploitive.

 * [@naresh11381](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naresh11381/) I would suggest
   you not to purchase this plugin because most of premium the buyers are using
   this plugin from a number of weeks or months. Once they get satisfied with the
   free version so they decided to upgrade for the premium version. As they were
   sure what exactly they needed, so they proceeded. We have spent a number of years
   to make this plugin a mature product. We can not afford handing over the premium
   copy with pre-purchase doubts and complaining attitude. Excuse me.
 * Thanks,
    Freddie

 * Hi Freddy, thanks for your feedback. I cannot test the plugin as out of stock
   order splitting is only available for premium. As you don’t have a working demo
   or any kind of guarantee it’s difficult purchase to know it’s even compatible
   with my 35+ plugins. To be clear, I’m not asking you to hand anything over, and
   yes I have doubts but that’s not targeted at you personally, it’s just due to
   my understanding and experience with dealing with larger complex stores. Thanks
   for your time.
