Spotify Episodes Not Playing

    Hello, I have imported a Spotify podcast using this plugin but when I go to the individual episodes, they dont play when I click on them. I have added the link for each Spotify episode to the episodes but it still isnt working. Can you think why this is.

    Can you please share more details like website URL or page link where you’ve listed the Spotify episodes so i can check and identify the issue and provide the possible fix?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to me. This is the page with all of the episodes linked – https://annunciation.universalwebdesigncompany.co.uk/test/. Everything else seems to have been imported correctly for the podcast.

    Hello UWD,

    Thank you for providing the website link. It helped us evaluate the actual issue.

    After checking your page, we noticed that the RSS feed is not importing the correct audio file. Currently, the feed is importing this link:
    https://open.spotify.com/episode/6o3C5c9qg5yfMSDSWbqSwa

    However, the RSS feed should contain a direct audio file with an .mp3 extension.

    We have updated our plugin so that if it receives a Spotify episode URL like the one above, it will automatically load the audio using an iframe.

    Please update the plugin and test again. If you still experience the issue, kindly share the RSS feed URL you are importing so we can investigate it further.
