# SQL Database Issue

 * Hi,
 * Im a newbie so I ll probably say non sense things here but I hope you can understand
   my problem.
 * **Situation:**
    I got this: “WordPress database error”. I cant login to my dashboard.
   I have a copy of my site on local I did with Duplicator.
 * **What I want:**
    So I would like to erase whats inside my phpmyadmin database,
   erase my FTP files, and reinstall both with very basic stuff. And then install
   Duplicator plugin to restore my website.
 * **I dont know:
    How to reinstall a brand new files in my empty database (in phpmyadmin)?
   
   
   I know how to install a new wordpress with Filezilla but waht about the database?

 * – I finally emptied my database and my Filezilla server,
    – put the new WordPress
   files in Filezilla server. – started the installation of WordPress – entered 
   my database connection details, etc…, run the install
 * **And I get a very long error message** which starts like this:
 * WordPress database error: [CREATE command denied to user ‘chooseyonicyt’@’10.0.61.101’
   for table ‘wp_users’]
    …. ….
 * It seems the user need a “permission” to access.
    What can I do?
