 * I have to migrate hosting of several WordPress sites from Hostgator to GoDaddy.
   I’d like to migrate the database using MySQL Administrator.
 * How can I give permission at both hosting to MySQL Administrator? I have access
   of both cPanels.

 * That’s probably a MySQL question moreso than a WordPress.
 * I would think you just add the IP address in the CPanel to allow MySQL connections
   but this is coming from a non-MySQL expert
