# SQL Error on DB Import

 * I’ve recently moved servers and am in the process of importing my wordpress blog.
 * Upon creating the db and going to import (from phpAdmin and using the import 
   function), I get the following errors:
 * Error
    SQL query:
 * LOCK TABLES `wp_wassup` WRITE ;
 * MySQL said:
 * #2006 – MySQL server has gone away
 * I think “WASSUP” is actually a plugin, but I have long disabled it. The deletion
   probably wasn’t clean.
 * Any suggestions on how to fix this? Can I simply delete this table in my old 
   db and do a backup and import again? Will this have any impact to the other tables?

 * yes. you always have that other, first dump anyway. delete away.
