.sql file for import

I am trying to import my blog futureflyingsaucers.wordpress.com to my own domain at futureflyingsaucers.com.

My host told me to get an .SQL file from WordPress and not an xml file.

This has already been done and it will not import. I keep getting a huge list message saying:

failure to import post tag
