 * I could not open my wp admin page as well as site. It will open whenever I ask
   hosting customer support for help!
    Later I get to know from Hosting support
   team, about the error! Please look into the below message! ——————————————– “I
   have checked and I could see that the following issues were being logged in:

 * I would suggest you to please contact your developer and rewire the website code
   in order to resolve the issue. Do check and get back to us in case you need any
   other assistance.”

 * Please contact your host…. the issue is with their mod_sec rules and not WordPress.
   If they can’t fix the rules, ask them if they can disable mod_sec for your site.
   Then use a plugin like WordFence or Sucuri that will set up a correctly configured
   firewall.

 * Thankyou for the reply..
    I have raised query to host about it. All I want to
   know is about rewiring site code, as they said. If both modsec & the coding conflicts
   each others, then it must be either the rule or the coding is wrong. Is it really
   ok to disable modsec? Sorry for asking again the same!!!

 * You cannot rewrite the site code. Their rule is incorrect for WordPress.

 * Hi,
    My Host said, they cannot disable modsec, as I am in shared host. Find the
   below reply
 * “De-listing these rules will affect the server security and as you are in shared
   server we will not be able to do the same as it will affect other customers on
   the server.I request you to check this with the help of your developer or make
   changes to the code to fix the issue.”

 * Please help me on this. I have been into this trouble for more than a week!!
 * I wonder, if my wordpress code is wrong, how other people are using with the
   same host?

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
 * If none of that fixes things, find another host.
