    Hi,

    My woocommerce square plugin isn’t working. Customers are unable to purchase because I cannot select the location. Here’s what I’ve tried so far. Deactiving/Reactivating, Reinstalling, Disconnecting then reconnecting, Disabling themes and all unrelated plugins and Downgrading to 3.1.0. This is what my log looks like. The last sync was on September 30th

    I understand the location field is greyed out, correct?

    This is commonly caused by a communication issue between servers.

    Disabling Cloudflare proxy now to see if thats an issue

    After disabling Cloudflare proxy, are you able to see the options for selecting a location, under WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations tab, or otherwise?

    Meanwhile, I understand that a plugin other than WooCommerce Square is used at the site’s checkout (screenshot linked here). In order to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.
