The ones which were tested do not have the conditional field and have tried with that deactivated also, but the same issue. As mentioned before I think that it is looking for a shipping Country but these subscriptions are virtual so no shipping is required. PayPal, Stripe only with the Woocommerce Square gateway there appears to be an issue, so not how it is the woocommerce subscriptions plugin issue. Regarding the importing – the users came from a non wordpress system so had to amend the csv import to the woocommerce structure, and looking at the user information on the profile all the information is correct, but if any hidden meta is needed I may have missed it.I have been through and copied the users billing info to the shipping info and hopefully this will solve it.
