SSL connection timeout

First of all thank you for this wonderful plug.

Recetly we start to having trouble with this plug, the following line:

$response = wp_remote_post( $url, $params );

In the function : generate_form

Is returning this error (SSL connection timeout)

WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => SSL connection timeout ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
