I am really disappointed with streetshirts customer service on this app.

Beware if you add an SSL or need to transfer your account (and all your saved tshirts) to a different website.

I have asked them to update the link on 7th June, over two weeks ago. Despite asking twice, nothing has happened, this is despite the FAQ saying:

“/I have changed my url / installed an ssl certificate and everything is broken/
Simply contact us are we can migrate your acocunt. Accounts are linked to your url. Changing your domain or ssl settings breaks this link.”

Two and a bit weeks is too long for an incredibly simple change like this and means I can’t start selling anything in the meantime.

Are you a customer of their’s? If so then please seek support directly on their site.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi,

All your saved designs will still be in your woocommerce shop.

As for the transfer, our advice is not to install before your domain is finalised, but if you need it migrating simply contact [email protected] and I will do it for you.

I have not received any request which is why I have not taken any action, but when I am back at work on Monday I will sort this out for you.

You will need to include your old and new url. Your website url is your account key.

    Steve

I was hoping to delete this post as it’s resolved but there is no way to delete it.

So instead I just wanted to confirm that Steve has sorted everything to my satisfaction and the app now works perfectly.

    Recommended.
