    Hi Kai,

    Trixie should have already replied via Messenger 🙂

    Also, it’s possible that you have PHP version 5.2 or below installed – which from what I recall isn’t supported by both Stackable and Gutenberg. This may also cause the 500 error, in which case we would advise you to upgrade it to at least PHP version 5.3. This can usually be done in CPanel or by contacting the web host.

    In the meantime though, we will investigate on how to improve the plugin so that it can display the proper error message for lower PHP versions instead of just throwing out a 500 error.

    i checked into it and im running 7.1
    so i upgraded to 7.2…
    and im running your theme…
    so lets see if i can break this again shall we..

    Hello,
    Single WP install:
    i did a variety of installs… and reinstalls…
    loaded the theme and plugin on multiple installs..
    tried hard to break it…
    install worked great…
    PHP 7.2
    __________
    Multi Sight install:
    Had a few Sub sites running
    Theme installed Great!
    Plug In UpLoaded and Unpacked Great
    \\\\ Problem came on Network Activation
    Crashed the Top Domain.. admin access
    Went into my plugins _changed the block plugin name
    got me back into admin access to delete it..

    though i did try to activate it on a sub site… failed as well

    Hey Kai, I’m closing this now since the issue has been resolved.

    To other people in the future who might stumble here: The solution was a clean install. Or if not possible, please create a new support thread or contact our support team.
