# StageShowPlus – Plugin Update

 * I purchased the Plus version of this plugin. Current version 5.0.12. I am trying
   to update but getting this error:
 * Plugin Auto-Update ERROR
    HTTP Status: ERROR (Recv failure: Connection reset 
   by peer)
 * I have tried numerous times to get in touch via your contact form on your website
   but no luck!
 * Please help

 * I am sorry that you have had difficulty getting in touch with me, bit I do not
   appear to have got any of your messages via the contact form. I have received
   messages recently from other users and have just re-tested it myself and it appears
   to be working correctly.
 * The “Recv failure: Connection reset by peer” error indicates that a connection
   between your server and the StageShow update server was established, but was 
   dropped before the transaction was completed. It does not however give any clue
   why the connection was dropped. Possible causes are a slow network connection,
   excessive load on either server etc.
 * I have sent an email to your registered email and will follow up this problem
   with you offline. This forum entry will be updated once a resolution has been
   found.
