# Staging error

 * I had created a staging version, then I deleted it and after a few hours I wanted
   to create a new one but it gives an error. How can I solve it?

 * Could you please make sure that you have enough free space on the server, e.g.
   at least 1.5GB? Then try again to run the backup creation.

 * Hello the available space is sufficient, the problem is that I cannot create 
   a staging version that uses a name that has already been used previously (despite
   being deleted). I can only create staging with new names. Could it be that I 
   have to manually delete something that the plugin cannot do by itself?

 * Thank you for the additional information. On a [test site](https://demo.tastewp.com/bmi),
   I tried to replicate the issue, but the creation of a new staging site under 
   same path did not cause any issues.
 * Sure, you can try to manually delete the folder on the path defined for a staging
   site and retry with the process, please let me know if that solved the issue.
 * If not, please share a new debug log.
