# staging fail!

 * Hi, I’m trying to help a friend redesign her site so I am trying to create a 
   staging site at [https://ilahjarvis.com/staging](https://ilahjarvis.com/staging).
   But it failed. I’m not even sure at what stage it failed, but this is the code
   it gave me. BMI-GyoJmVcE-38389
   For what it’s worth, I was using a backup I just
   did with your plugin to create the staging site.

 * Sorry for the delayed reply. We analyzed your report, and found an issue that
   will be patched in the upcoming version.

 * Please first make a clean uninstall of the Backup Migration plugin by enabling
   this option in the Plugin menu section [“Other Options”](https://monosnap.com/file/2KzlcbGqkA38hdhBXQ0a5Rh9o2RPWR).
 * Then Save, and proceed to remove the plugin. Afterwards, install the one that
   I provided in this message, and run the restore process.
 * Please let me know if that worked.
