# Staging Format for wpengine wrong

 * Hello,
 * i want to test changes on my staging environment. But the elementor PRO license
   does not apply for the stage.
   In [this article](https://elementor.com/help/staging-site-license-activation/)
   it says that for wpengine, the staging format has to look like this: *.staging.
   wpengine.com (example.staging.wpengine.com)But the problem is that this format
   is not up to date anymore.The new format looks like this: *.wpengine.comI tried
   to recreate the format, by putting .staging within the name. But its not allowed
   to put a . within the staging name. Also you are not allowed to name the stage
   as your live website, therefore i am not able to use the license on my stage.
   Here is a screenshot of the conversation that i had with the support team. Where

   The new format looks like this: *.wpengine.comCan you guys fix this? It shouldnt
   be a big problem to update the format i am sure.
