Starpage size issue –

Hi,
Not sure this is a Theme thing, WP thing or browser thing etc. But i will throw it out here since we really need to fix it, maybe you encountered the problem before.

When some people open the startpage they get this black big border/box to the right and it is not showing the whole video (this only happens to a few people) and when most of us open it we get the whole video. I have tried to change the row in the content box to full width but then the text and the input box follows and get also full width.

Any thoughts/ideas?
