 * I have the newest version of WP and I am trying to set up a network so that other
   users can add their blogs and for some reason I cannot figure out how to do it.
 * i’ve tried editing the wordpress file, I’ve looked for “network” in my admin 
   panel to no avail, can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong>?

 * okay I don’t mean to sound ungreatful – but is there a way to explain this in
   english? i have alreayd looked there, I do not have a network panel at all, it
   isn’t there. I have changed the code ect and nothing still.
