# Start Bulk Optimization Not Working

 * Hello,
 * I purchased the subscription for Converter for Media Pro plugin last night.
 * I copied the API key on your website and pasted it in the ‘Access Token’ field
   and click the ‘Activate Token’ button.
 * Next, I tried clicking the ‘Start Bulk Optimization’ button but nothing happened.
 * What I’m seeing under the ‘Bulk Optimization of Images’ is…
 * List of files that can be optimized: Loading, please wait…
 * 0% converted to WebP Calculating, please wait…
 * 0% converted to AVIF Calculating, please wait
    ————–
 * The loading and calculating have been going on for hours.
 * I tried deactivating all plugins and deactivating/activating the Converter for
   Media plugin.
 * I have WP Version: 6.0.2.
 * Hoping someone can explain and tell me how to correct the issue.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
