# Start bulk processing

 * After activating the “Start bulk processing” option, after a while I always get
   the error below.
 *     ```wp-block-code
       SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "Error "... is not valid JSON
       ```
   
 * What could be the reason for this, restarting starts the process over again.

 * The error usually appears when an AJAX call fails and the server’s response contains
   content that isn’t in the correct JSON format.
 * You can often find more details by checking for errors in your browser’s developer
   tools.
 * In the meantime, could you please send us a debug zip to support(at)compressx.
   io, you can find the debug zip from the plugin’s System Info tab? That will be
   helpful for us to further identify the issue.
