 * Is there any reason why the start button would not work ? Clicking on it load
   nothing.

    Excuse my English I’m French. I am having exactly the same problem
   as you, I emptied the mysql table, uninstalled, reinstalled ss quiz plugin, checked
   everything but nothing is the start button (worked until the day before yesterday)
   did not react. Have you found a solution? Best Regards
