No Errors. It was working yesterdy. The button is showing and I exported Users but I the 1st and 2nd column were set wrongly in the CSV files so I reverted to a Duplicator backup and reinstalled the whole site and the database from scratch. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please _never ask for credentials on these forums._ * Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. In fact, I appreciated your plugin as this is the closest thing I badly needed for the site I’m working on. And I need to import users from an old site to the new one. Don’t take it on the negative side sir and this is not a review in any way. I am just a plugin user asking support because of technical difficulties encountered using your plugin. * I appreciate your fast reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Buddypress and still the same issue stated in my first post. * I am not being negative and all.. just humbly asking for assistance. * Still the issue remains.
