# Starter map

 * I think this plug-in may satisfy my needs. But how can I get the starting map
   to be focused on a specific geographic area (not the whole world)…I am unable
   to enter lat/lon into the setup screens and the map view there is blank.
 * Is there a list of all the shortcodes?

 * You should be able to set the default map start focus in the plugin settings:

 * Do you see this map under _Open User Map > Settings > Map Settings > Initial 
   Map View_?
 * If not, please [have a look if there is any Javascript error thrown by the browser](https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1364-how-to-check-for-javascript-errors-on-your-site)
   on this settings page.
