 * For the web plays, I was wondering if there was a time limit that the user has
   to hit for it to count as a play? Or does it count as a play whenever the play
   button is clicked?

   Within Seriously Simple Stats the counts are for anytime there is a play either
   on the website or via a mobile app. So no minimum data transfer limit, etc.
