If you set static page then it always shows the default homepage section.

If you set contact us page as your static page then it always shows the default homepage section like a slider, services, portfolio, blog etc.

Firstly create a child theme of enigma theme using plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator/

Now copy front-page.php file from parent theme and paste it into child theme directory –

open front-page.php from your child theme and replace the code with the code given in the below link and save the file –

now go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options -> paste the below CSS in Custom CSS box and save –

.home_content.enigma_blog_post_content {
    float: none;
}
