Static Page problems: Storefront

    Hello,
    I’m using Storefront with a child theme.
    Everything was working perfectly since 1 month ago, but yesterday, I don’t know why, I had a problem with the home page.
    I’m using q-translate for a multi-language site (italian-english) and the home page in the english version display a static page as I want, the italian home page doesn’t anymore and it display post page.
    I tried to check if “reading setting” on my dashboard was ok and everything should be as 1 week ago , i did many times appearance>customize>static front page and I saved it again but it switch again immediately when I browse for my website again even if it shows me the correct layout on the customization page.
    How can I solve this issue?

    When I only viewed the page (home and not as static on the site) it also showed differend in the languages.
    Have the following changes made:

    Settings – General
    WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) was without www.
    I changed that (This results in more frequent problems…)

    Permalink Settings
    changed to Post name so in qTranslate X I now can change to – Use Pre-Path Mode (Default, puts /en/ in front of URL). SEO friendly.

    Permalink Settings products changed also to product instead of Default
