 * My last campaign was sent to (e.g.) 10.000 users and reached a read percentage
   of 33% (about 3300 users read the email).
 * I duplicated the campaign to send again to the user never opened the email. Within
   the “segment creation” sectio (part of the mail creation process) I created a
   filter for the users who not read the email. Unfortunately the count that comes
   from this filter…. is wrong (is not the 67% of not-reading users). How I can
   act to be sure to not send again to the users that already opened the mail? I
   think this is a bug… starting from the penultimate ver. Hope you can help me ’
   cause I really need to respect my sending plan. Best, Antonello

 * Hi [@ant0nell0](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ant0nell0/),
 * As that’s an issue belong to your data on your website. I would suggest you to
   contact us using our contact form on our website. This way I can have a look
   at your data and see what’s going wrong. Please let me know once it is done so
   I can take a look by myself.
 * On another side please keep in mind that the reading ratio isn’t 100% accurate.

   As you might now some people read your emails using an email clients that blocks
   pictures. Without pictures being loaded then AcyMailing can’t know if the receiver
   has opened the email or not.
 * So sending email to thus who didn’t read might imply sending email to someone
   who read the email but blocked the images which allow Acy to know it.
