Statistics Redirect URL Not Working

    Hello,

    I’m trying to utilize a podcast statistics service called Backtracks. When I put the redirect URL into PowerPress, it warns me that it’s not a recognized statistics service. I click ok to use it anyway and save. However, it is not prepended to my enclosure URLs. I’m able to use Blubrry and Podtrac URLs just fine. Is there something in PowerPress that is filtering out this particular statistics service?

    Is there some additional configuration I need to enable to use non-recognized statistics URLs?

    The URLs in question look like this:

    https://bktrks.co/t/<podcast ID>/

    Until a service signs an agreement with Blubrry Podcasting (the makers of PowerPress) the redirects are not allowed. Currently only a few work. Blubrry and Podtrac are 2 of them.

    Is there a filter we can implement to override this behavior?

    Not at this time.

    You can manually put it in each episode box. That will work.
